Meet the Team

Sarah – Office Manager

Sarah has been married to Dr. Dale and involved in the practice for over 30 years. She has degrees in accounting and music from the University of Northern Colorado and Colorado State University. Around the office, you’ll most likely find Sarah assisting the team members, bookkeeping, budgeting, problem solving, and working with patients. Sarah says the best thing about coming to work is interacting with the patients and their families. She’s also a big fan of the McKee Family Dentistry team, calling them hardworking and a joy to work with each day. She says everyone goes above and beyond to serve patients with compassion, honesty, and a dedication to continuing education. Dental healthcare runs in the family for Sarah and Dr. Dale. They have two adult children who are currently following in their father’s footsteps as dentists.

Together, the family has served on nine dental mission trips to Vietnam. Sarah is also part of the Lago Vista Board of Directors, a Loveland organization that provides educational services and after-school activities for local students.

Evie – Lead Patient Coordinator

Evie started out in dentistry more than a dozen years ago. In our office, you’ll most likely find her welcoming patients, helping them schedule future appointments, assisting with referral cases, and so much more. Much like everyone else on our talented team, Evie really enjoys seeing patients and their smiles get healthy and strong enough to last a lifetime. When we help someone get out of pain or transform their teeth, she says she feels a sense of pride and dedication to continuing to provide a special kind of dental care. Evie is a busy mom when she’s not busy at the office. She loves being with her husband, two daughters, and son.

Julie – Insurance Coordinator

New and returning patients to our practice always like working with Julie. As a receptionist, she is always hard at work helping patients schedule their appointments, welcoming them to the office for a visit, or checking them out when they’re ready to head home. All of this time spent working closely with patients is what Julie says she loves most about the work she does. Getting to know people, families, and their dental health needs are what Julie does best, all the while making sure everyone who trusts us with their smile care feels comfortable and taken care of at all times. Outside of the office, you may find Julie enjoying a good book, spending time with family, or getting reacquainted with good friends.

Shawn – Patient Coordinator

Let Shawn welcome you to your next visit to McKee Family Dentistry. She’s helped a lot of smiles, with more than 20 years working in dental healthcare. She previously worked in an orthodontist’s office as both a technician and front office team member. Shawn is happy to help you get settled when you arrive at the office, schedule your future cleanings, and check out when you’re all finished with your appointment. As a Colorado native, she spends her free time outside of work enjoying outdoor activities with the family like camping, boating, and four-wheeling. She’s an avid reader so ask her about what good books she’s read recently.

Jenn – Dental Hygienist

Jenn graduated from Idaho State University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene and has since been providing comprehensive dental hygiene care for her patients. She has been a dental hygienist with McKee Family Dentistry since 2022. She has three kids and spends her time cheering them on in their activities. Jenn moved to Colorado in 2013 and enjoys time with her family while hiking, paddle-boarding, running, biking, and exploring new spaces outdoors. She loves traveling and is often found planning her next big adventure with her family.

Amy – Dental Hygienist

Amy graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys expanding her knowledge through continuing education and staying current with advancements in the field. She feels fortunate to be part of the team at McKee Family Dentistry, where she works alongside wonderful coworkers and her amazing dentist, Dr. McArtor. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and being outdoors—especially hiking, camping, and snowboarding in the mountains.

Katie – Dental Hygienist

Katie is a dental hygienist proudly raised in Colorado Springs. She began her dental career at Pueblo Community College and continued her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She loves what she does—especially the opportunity to connect with her patients and play a role in improving their oral health and overall well-being. Building lasting relationships and creating a comfortable, positive experience is at the heart of her work. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her enjoying live music, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or soaking up the sun at the lake with her husband Ryan and their sweet baby boy.

Nicole – Dental Hygienist

Nicole is excited to be a hygienist at McKee Family Dentistry. She has been a clinical hygienist since graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in May of 2011. She completed her first decade in her career in western Nebraska working with clients in both general and pediatric dentistry clinics before moving back to her home state of Colorado. The best part of being a dental hygienist for Nicole is developing partnerships with clients to provide tailored care to meet their individualized needs to restore and maintain their oral health. Outside of hygiene, she enjoys adventures with her pups Koda and Denali, exploring the mountains and working in her garden.

Terra – Lead Dental Assistant

We're proud to have Terra as part of the McKee Family Dentistry team. She’s another member of our outstanding family of dental health professionals with over 20 years of experience treating patients like you. Terra’s work is very valuable, helping make sure the dentists have all of the necessary tools they need to give you the best care possible for your smile.
